We provide recording, editing, mixing and production for music, podcasts and Voiceover work, alongside music composition and sound design for soundtracking.
We have an in-house female Voiceover artist, available for everything from Audiobooks to Adverts
ABOUT
Tom is a musician, producer, mixer, and recording engineer based in Margate.
I have been involved in the music industry for over 15 years, from originally writing and performing music, to more recently becoming involved and more interested in recording music, podcasts, and voice-overs, as well as sound design.

Using our well equipped studio - we have multiple vocal isolation booths, we can record up to four people in the same room, whilst I mix and produce nextdoor in the control room
Audio restoration and editing of music and podcasts
We can restore your recordings that may not be up to standard - I can offer my skills as a producer/mixer why I can de-ess, de-click, de-noise and much more to give your recordings a professional polish
Voiceover Artist

EQUIPMENT
Porter Studios is based around the core setup of Reason Studios supplemented with a range of Arturia, SSL, UAD, Waves, iZotope, and various other Plugins, alongside a Boss SX700 providing the unique 3D imaging from Rolands' RSS technology. Monitoring is provided through KRK RP5's.

We have a selection of guitars and synthesisers (both hardware and software), as well as a varied collection of effects pedals
Amplification is through a Roland JC-40.
We have a varied range of professional microphones to cover all applications, as well as specialised vocal booths.
